1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetFocusFlow ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License and Use

GetFocusFlow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. You may not:

Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer the App
Remove, alter, or conceal any proprietary notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Transfer or share access with others

3. Free Plan

Limited to 2 focus sessions per day
Limited to 10 minutes per session
Generic motivational quotes
Basic analytics
GetFocusFlow may modify or discontinue the free plan at any time

4. Premium Plan

₹599 one-time payment for lifetime access
Unlimited sessions and duration
Personalized features
All current and future features included
No recurring charges or subscription
Lifetime access cannot be revoked (except for violation of these terms)

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Razorpay (secure payment processor)
Your payment confirms acceptance of premium terms
Currency conversion rates are set at time of payment
No refunds for partial use (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

6. Intellectual Property

GetFocusFlow and its content are owned by GetFocusFlow. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

GetFocusFlow does not collect user-generated content. Session data is stored locally on your device and remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetFocusFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific results from using the App
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetFocusFlow be liable for any damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the App
Loss of data or functionality
Unauthorized access to your data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetFocusFlow from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the App.

11. Termination

GetFocusFlow may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

Your data will be deleted from our servers
Local data on your device remains yours
Refunds may apply if within refund period (see Refund Policy)

12. Changes to Terms

GetFocusFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and shall be interpreted in accordance with Indian law.
